Machine feature
The appearance and structure design of the machine body, based on the feedback of customers and continuous improvement and update of engineers, adopts high-quality raw materials and precision lathe processing.
The jacquard head adopts link-type drive instead of the traditional belt drive ,which avoid needle leakage due to belt looseness, aging or fracture.
The solenoid valve and the drive plate of the solenoid valve are separated and easy to maintain. The solenoid valve module is sealed with composite material, without maintenance and with little energy, it can achieve the high-speed operation required by weaving.
Advanced microelectronic technology design and built-in permanent software program are used to call out the set data from the storage on the machine. In case of shutdown, the data will be automatically backed up by the system.
The computer graphic printing system is easy to operate. The flower pattern is easy to change, and the U disk copy is used for reading, which is flexible and simple.
